  • Our Gastro Corner Slow features a coffee corner with specialty coffee and a selection of toasts, toppings, and pastries so that you can enjoy one of the best breakfasts in Tenerife.

    And if you prefer your mornings slow, you can try our Slow Breakfast, a gastronomic experience with 100% Canarian flavors. Km 0 products are sourced with such care that we offer a limited amount daily. Reserve yours at reception.

  • No. We don’t want you to be subject to schedules. That’s why, in the Gastro Corner Slow, you can find a wide variety of local products, such as coffee, wine, soft drinks, and natural juices.

    Our apartments and villas have fully equipped kitchens, and if you don’t feel like cooking, there are several restaurants and bars in Abades within 5 minutes walking distance for lunch and dinner.

  • Yes, there is a supermarket less than 100 m from Kora Nivaria Beach where you can buy everything you need.

  • Check in is from 16.00h onwards. The latest check out time is 11.00h (although if you book through our website, you can leave one hour later, at noon).

  • We are open 365 days a year, from 07.00h to 23.00h. Our team will help you with everything you need.

  • Of course. Our security personnel will wait to welcome and escort you to your apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can coordinate everything.

  • Here you can find our rules of coexistence:

      • Smoking inside the apartments and villas is prohibited.
      • Please be respectful of other guests by observing quiet hours from 22.00h to 10.00h.
      • Do not throw away baby wipes or feminine hygiene products (pads or tampons) down the toilet.
      • The bathing area is accessed using your apartment key card. Minors that do not know how to swim cannot enter without adult supervision.
      • Each apartment has its own numbered parking space.
      • The front desk is open from 7.00h to 23.00h.
      • The side gate entrances are closed from 23.00h to 7.00h.

  • Our cancellation policy varies according to the type of reservation and season. We recommend you review the specific cancellation conditions when booking or contact our customer service team for more information.

  • Currently, we do not have a pick-up service at the airport. But don’t worry—there is a 24-hour taxi service at both Tenerife airports.

    The fare from Tenerife South airport is usually around 35 € (day service) and 45 € (night service). From Tenerife North airport, it is usually around 80 € (day service) and around 90-100 € (night service).

  • We are in a privileged area of Tenerife, next to various tourist attractions with landscapes that will leave you speechless, from the Teide National Park to numerous beaches and trails to explore the island’s natural beauty or discover its marine life.   • Yes, we have entertainment programs and activities designed especially for children, as well as playgrounds and pools for them to enjoy during their stay — giving the adults time to relax. Check the schedule of our Kids’ Club here.

  • At check in, we will ask you for a deposit of 300€ to guarantee the excellent use of the apartments and villas. This deposit is made through a credit card charged at our reception terminal. Once our housekeeping team verifies the property’s condition, we will return the deposit to you after check out.

  • Our Housekeeping team completes the cleaning of the apartment or villa every three days for bookings made directly through our website. Otherwise, this service will be offered every four or five days.
